4. Do note that your appointment is not confirmed until our staff has reached out to you / sent you a confirmation email.

5. For radiology bookings (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI and mammogram), you are required to consult our doctor if you do not have a valid referral letter. Consultation fees start from $49.05 NETT.
