Dr Jana Lim is a registered family physician committed to delivering personalised,
patient-centred care. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the
University of Manchester and subsequently completed her Master of Medicine in Family
Medicine at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Accredited by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board under Singapore's Ministry of
Health, Dr Jana brings four years of hospital rotations across multiple disciplines to her
primary care practice.
Her clinical experience spans acute, chronic, and preventive care, with particular expertise in
managing conditions such as diabetes
mellitus, hypertension, and hyperlipidaemia.
Dr Jana is dedicated to creating individualised management plans tailored to each patient's unique
