| Who | This is for patients who wish to have their vaccination status tested and updated
into Singapore’s National Immunization Registry (NIR).
Please note we can only update your vaccination status if the following criteria are met: (1). Individuals are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or Long-Term Pass Holders (e.g. Long-Term Visitor Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass), (2). Individuals have overseas COVID-19 vaccination documentation, and the vaccines used should be authorised by the HSA or listed on the WHO Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) as “finalized” vaccines and, (3). Individuals have positive serology test result. |

website.
